In an effort to give back, a portion of all Biome Press sales are donated to non-profits that are part of my biome. These organizations and groups are all doing amazing work close to my home, both physically and emotionally. Details are listed in the gallery with each piece.​

Down the Rabbit Hole and Back Up Again

 

My life has been undergoing a great slow down. I started gardening as part of this new pace of life…with varying degrees of success. I’m using native plants and being more aware of my impact on the world around me, the earth and the people around me. I have no idea how I’m doing, really. But I’m cultivating empathy, and I’m embracing the act of balancing.

Revisiting my more traditional drawing roots (yes, pun intended) and connecting to materials with my hands (craft-ing) is good for my soul, and my goal is to share something positive with those around me. Share some of your own good, and find ways to give back to your biome as well.
